Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("Client", "you"), and morego caps ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website as well as any related B2B manufacturing, OEM, and ODM services.

By requesting a quote, approving a sample, or placing a mass production order for our headwear products (including but not limited to Snapback Hats, Trucker Hats, Baseball Caps, Dad Hats, 5 Panel Hats, Bucket Hats, Kid Hats, and Visor Hats), you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms.

As a professional custom hat manufacturer, our primary business involves producing goods based on Client specifications. The following conditions apply to all custom orders:

• Design Approval: Before mass production begins, we provide digital mockups and/or physical pre-production samples. It is the Client's responsibility to review colors (Pantone matching), logo placement, sizing, and materials carefully. Mass production will strictly follow the approved sample.
• Manufacturing Tolerances: Due to the nature of textile manufacturing, slight variations in color dye lots (up to 5%), sizing (± 1cm), and embroidery positioning may occur and are considered acceptable within industry standards.
• Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): While we support low MOQ for emerging brands, specific MOQs apply depending on the hat style (e.g., structured snapbacks vs. unstructured dad hats) and customization techniques (e.g., 3D embroidery, custom printed taping). Quoted MOQs must be met per design/colorway.

All prices quoted are in USD unless otherwise specified. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance due to fluctuating raw material costs.

• Sample Fees: Sample development fees are required upfront. These fees may be partially or fully refunded upon placement of a bulk order meeting our specified quantity thresholds.
• Bulk Order Payment: For mass production, a standard deposit of 30% to 50% (depending on total order value and customization complexity) is required before raw material sourcing and production commence.
• Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full upon completion of production and after the Client has reviewed and approved the final production photos/videos, but strictly prior to shipment.
• Accepted Methods: We accept T/T (Bank Wire Transfer), PayPal (for samples or small orders, subject to processing fees), and Alibaba Trade Assurance.

We pride ourselves on efficient factory-direct production, but timelines are subject to order specifics.

• Estimated Timelines: Typical sample production takes 7-10 business days. Bulk production usually requires 25-35 days after sample approval and deposit receipt. These are estimates and may vary during peak manufacturing seasons.
• Shipping Terms: We offer various shipping terms including EXW (Ex Works), FOB (Free On Board - Shenzhen/Guangzhou), CIF, and DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) via Express (DHL/FedEx/UPS), Air freight, or Sea freight.
• Delays: morego caps is not liable for delays caused by external factors including but not limited to customs clearance holds, carrier delays, force majeure events, or delays in Client approvals/payments.

As a B2B manufacturer of customized goods, our return policy differs from standard retail policies.

• Strict QC: Every batch undergoes rigorous Quality Control before packing. We guarantee that the bulk production will match the physical characteristics of the Client-approved pre-production sample.
• Non-Refundable Custom Goods: Because products are custom-made with your specific branding and designs, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for "change of mind" or unsold inventory.
• Defect Claims: Claims for manufacturing defects or shortages must be submitted in writing with clear photographic evidence within 7 days of receiving the shipment. If a defect is verified to be a factory error, we will, at our discretion, either replace the defective items in a subsequent order or issue a proportional credit/refund.

Respecting Intellectual Property is core to our business ethics.

• Client Designs: You retain all rights to the logos, artworks, and proprietary designs you submit to us. By submitting them, you warrant that you have the legal right to use such IP and you grant us a limited license solely to manufacture the requested goods. We will never sell your custom-branded products to third parties.
• Factory Designs: Any blank cap structures, generic patterns, or proprietary manufacturing techniques developed independently by morego caps remain our intellectual property.
• Marketing Portfolio: Unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed prior to production, we reserve the right to photograph the finished hats and use them in our portfolio, website, or social media to demonstrate our manufacturing capabilities.
